Representative locations of registered users

Admin note: To create a map we used IP addresses as logged by phpBB software according to the user licence agreement. Said agreement has been updated to explicitly mention this use: "The IP addresses of all posts are noted to monitor internet safety and generate an anonymous geographical map of representative locations."
